If attempting to think about nothing just riles my monkey mind, what if i tried to think about everything at the same time? That is question which has turned into a thought experiment for my meditation practice that I have gleaned from this hilarious video by the self-proclaimed 'Best. Buddhist. Ever.*'
Also, I've noticed that when I blog for IDP I tend to phrase everything in the form of a question.Well not everything, obviously, because that wasn't a question. Either was that. I think it comes down to feeling like I have no idea what I'm talking about almost ever, especially when it comes to meditation. But maybe if I just let go of the hope of sense-making the knot will untie itself. That's not a question, I don't think, just a hypothesis. That's not the same thing, right? Whoo boy. Anyway, enjoy the video.
*It's funny because Buddhism is not a competition!**
