Art THAT shows progress in HEALING!

Sometimes, I feel when words' leave off, ART can capture the idea, image, or just raw emotion!  It heals! Creativity is sometimes, for me - the ONLY way, but none-the-less a very VITAL role it will ALWAYS take in my LIFE, even when I am further along on my own personal journey!

I worked with some Pastels on a white piece of paper, I cut into a circle to represent a Mandala.

This particular image is called: "Bitterness Burning" because it represents the literal outline of my palms opening up to letting it go.......

My next journal entry will have a second take of the same image!

Enjoy - Peace and Happiness

MAY YOU ALL find the healing, work, or path - intended just for you!
