Each class begins with guided practice in mindfulness meditation practice or other meditative techniques, followed by a talk and discussion of some aspect of Contemporary Buddhist teachings. Beginners to meditation welcome. For those attending regularly, there will be a list of suggested readings and suggested meditation practice.
