Ethan Nichtern and Dr. Miles Neale will lead this weekend retreat which begins with a public talk on Friday exploring the concepts of karma and the self. This talk will set up the tone and intention for the next two days of meditation which will afford participants the space to explore these concepts more experientially - helping take the practice deeper.
