We invite you to join fellow meditators for an open period of sitting and walking meditation between 9:30 and 11:30 on Sunday Mornings.
This is an opportunity to sit within the support of a community, but without the guidance of a teacher. This free time is a great way to go deeper in your personal practice, and anchor your commitment within a busy week. $5 Donation (Free for IDP Members)
