Struggling with depression, anxiety, illness, a difficult relationship, fear, self-hatred, addiction, or anger?

Join guest teacher Karla Jackson-Brewer for a special workshop designed to offer you a thorough grounding in Feeding Your Demons, a remarkable method for transforming and befriending negative emotions, fears, illness and self defeating patterns.  It introduces the radical notion that to heal and transform ourselves we must ‘feed’ - not fight - our demons.

Anything that drains our energy and blocks us from being completely awake is a demon. In today’s world, we suffer from record levels of inner and outer struggle. We find ourselves ever more polarized, inwardly and outwardly.  The strategy of nurturing rather than battling our inner and outer enemies offers a revolutionary path to resolve conflict and leads to psychological integration and inner peace.

The process has been developed and carefully designed by Lama Tsultrim Allione, author of ‘Women of Wisdom’ and ‘Feeding Your Demons’. The five steps of the practice will lead you through the entire process of transforming ‘demons’ into allies, whereby the energy that is caught up in inner conflict becomes liberated and available to you as a resource.

No experience is necessary.  Cushions and chairs will be provided.
