Introduction to Meditation
Monthly Class for Beginners or if You Need a Review
This monthly class will run on Sundays. It will cover basic mindfulness meditation instruction (beginners are encouraged to practice 10 minute sessions), and a change to ask the instructor any questions about basic meditation practice, classes and courses, meditation retreats, books to read, and other resources to support a practice. Check it out. If you already have a practice, this is a great class to send a friend to who is just starting out.
