InterACTS are a form of community engagement that cultivate the most inspired aspects of individual creativity and bring them into the larger arena of group action. In short they are fun, interesting assignments generated by the IDP community to help us engage our surroundings in a mindful and unified way. Users of the IDP site will have the opportunity to post their assignment submissions as a journal entry and vote for their favorites. Through InterACTS we can extend our community beyond NYC and create a truly global sangha.
The InterActs are inspired by Miranda July's Learning to Love you More website, and our own InterActs public meditation series.
