Internships at The Interdependence Project

The Interdependence Project is seeking wise, kind, cooperative, and self-motivated interns interested in meditation, Buddhism, psychology and social justice to join our vibrant community! We love working with efficient, organized and energetic individuals who are excited to wear many hats in our small but bustling not-for-profit office!

The Interdependence Project (IDP)’s headquarters is located on the Bowery. IDP is the only multi-lineage, Secular Buddhist Center in New York City committed to personal development and collective engagement through contemplative practice.

Both locally and online, we’re committed to offering a unique, multi-lineage education in Secular Buddhist practice and psychology, as well as Transformational Activism initiatives, all designed to support the interdependence of our unique personal journeys with our shared path as a society.

We offer weekly classes at our loft space and our unique online study program allows people from all over the world to connect and engage with our community.

Qualified candidates must be able to order and help manage our office both online and in-house, utilizing excellent communication and organizational skills.
