Learn to truly take care of yourself and others.  Though compassion is often confused with putting others’ welfare above our own, true wisdom understands that genuine self-concern is the necessary foundation to establish kindness and compassion towards all beings.  This workshop will incorporate western psychological techniques with traditional practices and instructions to help you develop a healthy relationship to yourself and others.
