Lodro Rinzler is a practitioner and teacher in the Shambhala Buddhist lineage. He is the author of "The Buddha Walks into a Bar: A Guide to Life for a New Generation," available in bookstores and online today. Over the last decade he has taught numerous workshops at meditation centers and college campuses throughout the United States. Lodro’s column, "What Would Sid Do" also appears on the Huffington Post.
