Meredith Arena

Meredith is a teacher and writer from New York City. Her works focuses on social consciousness, identity formation, personal story and mindfulness. In 2011 she completed the Interdependence Project’s Year Long Immersion & Instructor Training in New York City.

She is currently the regional coordinator of the Interdependence Project in Seattle Washington and writes weekly for the Interdependence Project Blog. She teaches Dharma and meditation with the intention of helping others realize their full potential as unique, creative beings. (Also because the Dharma is rad!) She hopes to always do this with both adults and children.
