This four-week workshop will provide some clarity about what we are practicing in our practices, about the different types of anxiety (spoiler alert: it's not all bad!), what the roles of emotions are, and how we can make friends with our emotional selves.

A mid-week wind-down incorporating a combination of movement and seated mediation practices to better observe our external and internal environments. Offered in-person.

Conscious Men's Circle
This 10-week workshop will create space for men to develop more awareness and understanding of self, through analysis and group discussion of established masculine archetypes.
