Practical Approaches for
Working with Difficult Emotions

In this 4-week workshop, we will begin examining contemplative practices that can be used to help cultivate new, more adaptive approaches to gaining the trust that we can work with our afflictions.  Although this is a continuation of the initial Working With Difficult Emotions offering, you don't need to have participated in the first series of teachings to participate.

This 4-week workshop will run via Zoom, following the below schedule:

  • Monday, October 3rd: The 84th Problem

  • Monday, October 10th: Digging into the A and N in the RAIN technique

  • Monday, October 17th: Working with antidotes

  • Monday, October 24th: Advanced technique: Chöd - Feeding your demons

We will meet on Monday evenings from 7:00 - 8:30pm ET, beginning October 3rd, 2022 through October 24th, 2022.
