Wednesday Wind-Down
Exploring presence through body, breath and nature
Come wind-down with a mid-week meditation on a grassy knoll along the Hudson River! Together we’ll play with a combination of movement and seated practices to better observe our external and internal environments. We’ll learn tangible ways to cope and deal with our daily challenges. With continued practice, the ability to observe or be aware of our environment helps us find ease and wind-down.
We will have a few blankets available, but feel free to bring anything that will make you comfortable. If rain is imminent, we will transition to offering a virtual class via Zoom.
