Thursday October 12th at 6pm-7:30pm ET

An online workshop via Zoom

How do we meet the many intersecting crises of our times with courage and strength without growing overwhelmed or burning out? Based on his new book, Your Heart Was Made For This, this evening session will explore the essential (and often misunderstood) quality of resolve. How does resolve support our contemplative practice, serve our communities, and power social change? Where can we turn to draw fortitude when things feel so difficult or hopeless?

All are welcome, no prior experience necessary.

This event is offered on a donation basis.

This evening will include: guided meditation, teaching, and time for questions and discussion.
