Using Open to Desire by Buddhist Psychologist Mark Epstein, we will explore the mind-states of desire from various angles and perspectives. Often misunderstood and mistranslated as the cause of suffering, creating a healthy and sane relationship with desire, and creating emotion skills to navigate it well, are key to our human development, and any hope we may have for realizing the awakened state of mind.
