Drop-Ins Welcome. This series will occur once or twice a month, future dates TBA

Intuition and creativity derive from the ground of existence, which can be described as emptiness, or space. This ongoing class will incorporate meditation, talks and group and individual exercises to work with space, shed habits, and let go of our concepts, and use our experience as a catalyst for developing our intuition and unfettering our creativity.

In addition, for those who are interested, the Munay-ki rites will be offered in conjunction with this course (but are not required). These are ancient energetic transmissions of the Inca which have only recently been transmitted outside Peru, and which may serve as an additional path in our explorations. It is said that these rites help you raise your level of vibration in the world, and can help in cultivating both intuition and creativity.

Prerequisite: established mindfulness meditation practice or consent of the teacher.

Robert Chender has been a practitioner and teacher in the Shambhala Buddhist tradition for many years, and is also a student and practitioner of certain shamanic traditions, including the Munay-ki initiations of the Inca. He is a member of the Board of Directors of IDP.
