How can we support each other to find greater freedom and joy through meditation, while acknowledging and challenging the social realities we encounter in the world?
Join us as we gather together, establishing a comfortable space to check in with each other and cultivating a sense of belonging in community.
At this first meeting, we will have a brief period of silent meditation, followed by group discussion about establishing a peer led PoC group at IDP. What do we need from a group like this?
How might we structure these gatherings to meet our needs?
New and experienced practitioners of color are invited to attend. Please come and contribute your energy and your thoughts!
