6 Week Course
The key to understanding the cause of our pain, from the standpoint of traditional Buddhism, is to develop an accurate and meaningful understanding of our own identity. Yet the notion of "I," self, or ego are sometimes thrown around haphazardly, without a precision of meaning. This course will examine the many Buddhist philosophies that underlie the understanding of both self and egolessness, as well as how we can actually bring the experience of egolessness into everyday life.
