01Send an enquiry
The more specific you are, the faster we can help. Tell us the market, the geography, the decision you are making and your timeline. If you already have a report in mind, paste the title or link.
02Offices
- Most licence, delivery and refund questions are already answered on the FAQ page.
- Sample pages are free for almost every title. Ask for the report by name.
- Purchase orders and vendor onboarding forms go to accounts@theidproject.org.
- Privacy and data requests go to privacy@theidproject.org.
We never ask for payment to personal bank accounts or crypto wallets, and we do not cold call to demand payment. Bank details appear only on invoices sent from a theidproject.org address. If in doubt, verify with us before paying.
03What happens after you send an enquiry
Your message goes to a research analyst, not a shared inbox that nobody owns. We read the brief, search the catalogue across every publisher we distribute, and reply with a shortlist rather than a single title. Each recommendation comes with the publisher name, publication date, page count, licence options, price and a link to request free sample pages, so you can judge fit before any money moves.
If nothing in the catalogue answers your question, we say so plainly and suggest the alternative: a custom study, a smaller scoped data pull, or a competitor’s report if that is genuinely the better fit. We would rather lose one order than sell you a document that does not do the job.
Our target is a substantive reply within 24 business hours. Complex briefs that need a publisher to confirm coverage or customisation feasibility can take two to three days, and we will tell you that upfront rather than leave you waiting.
04Details that speed things up
Market and boundaries
The specific product, application or process, plus the regions and countries that matter. “Industrial valves” and “severe service valves in APAC refineries” lead to very different shortlists.
The decision behind it
Board paper, capex case, investment diligence, pricing review or competitor tracking. The end use tells us how much granularity you actually need.
Timeline and access
When you need it, how many colleagues will read it, and whether you need the underlying data tables in Excel as well as the report.
